This is an extremely rare rum, produced in the Caribbean island of Barbados, at the sought-after Foursquare distillery, matured for 12 years in a Sauternes cask, and bottled at the cask strength of 51.9%.

Can be enjoyed neat, or with a few added drops of water, which will open up and elongate the aromas. 
Great over ice on a warm summer day!
 
Each bottle is individually numbered, with only 277 produced. 
 

Tasting Notes

Caramelised brown sugar, rich baked apples, oak notes, black tea.
