We are delighted to present this range of wine cask finishes Single Malt in a brand new pack for 2020! The same delicious Single Malt with a new-look pack.

To achieve this rich partnership, their traditional Arran Single Malt is matured in oak casks for eight years and is then 'finished' in a selection of Sauternes wine casks.

These Bordeaux sweet white wine casks are specifically selected by their Master Distiller from a talented small producer to ensure the notes from both wine and whisky make the perfect marriage.

Nose: Initially honey but then opens up to apricots, bananas and pears. With time a floral elegance presents itself.

Palate: Sweet but cut with warm spice. Lemon zest announces itself with the addition of water and a slight saltiness plays with the sweet character.

Finish: Seville orange and a hint of honey in a crisp finish.
