A great sipping gin or served on the rocks or with a good light premium tonic water. One part gin to two parts tonic.
The perfect serve, take a goblet or large red wine glass, peel two strips of lemon using a vegetable peeler, squeeze the peel into the glass to allow the oils to coat the inside.
Top the glass up with plenty of ice add one part gin and two parts light premium tonic water and stir gently.
Deep tones of kombu kelp seaweed and golden chanterelles, add layers of aromatic fennel seed and summer scented elderflower, finishing with a high, bright tones of citrus fruit.
