Nose: Lots of apple, some guava, peach, poached pears and pineapple too. After some air sweeter vanilla notes comes through.
Palate: Grapefruit and unripe blood orange, following into the orchard fruits we got on the nose. A good texture and a warming white pepper.
Finish: Has a good length, bringing with it orange marmalade. The initial bitterness mellows over time as it sits in the glass, as more tropical pineapple and guava notes come through strong.
