Bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration to preserve texture and authenticity.
 
Produced at Tomatin, a Highland distillery known for its approachable, fruit-forward single malts.
 
A distinctive choice for those who enjoy classic Tomatin but want to explore a drier, fresher sherry influence compared to Oloroso or Pedro Ximénez finishes.
 
 

Tasting Notes

Nose: With aromas of sourdough bread and salted popcorn.

Palate: flavours of dried fruits, chamomile tea, grapefruit, maple syrup and salted walnut balance perfectly onFthe palate.

Finish: The finish is slightly salty, typical of a Manzanilla sherry, with warming brown butter.
