Ritmeester Royal Dutch Half Corona Cigar - Pack of 5
Date Added: Tuesday 28 September, 2021
Dry harsh and incredibly strong, there are some good cigars to be had in the budget range but this isn’t one of them.

Smoked a few of these, nice cedar and cherry flavours. Good burn for a Cuban and a nice draw.

Romeo y Julieta Churchill Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 19 September, 2021
I think this is my 5th Cuban now. As a relatively new and young cigar smoker I was recommended to be wary of moving up to a Churchill so soon, after starting with robustos and coronas but I was desperate to try one, especially a Cuban so the team recommended this! WasnÂ’t disappointed!! Nice smooth smoke and a mild taste. Burned really evenly and lasted a good 90 mins! Perfect for a nice dry night! Will definitely be trying it again!

Usually a good stick but this one was tight so I PerfecDrawed it, pulled out a stem, then it smoked like a dream.

Regius Connecticut Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 05 September, 2021
Enjoyed this one on the morning! dog walk. Even burn, good draw, lasted about 25 mins, with slight sea breeze going on, held ash well. Pretty similar signature notes as the Robusto, (see review) , less cream & smoke. The cigar isnt going to light up the world, pun intended, but for the price it offers very good value for those who are on a budget and as such cant really fault it. Given the relatively small price difference between the corona and the robusto objectively I think the robusto offers best value.

Regius Connecticut Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 04 September, 2021
My first foray into this brand after reading positive reviews! Arrived this morning and smoked while on the the afternoon dog walk. Robusto. not my usual vitola (Corona) but I acknowledge there is a certain theatricality when smoking this gauge. Even burn, very light draw, which I prefer, smooth, some cream, nice clouds of smoke, wood, some spice and pepper, lasted a good 40 mins. Had I the finances would smoke Davidoff all day long, but this cigar to my mind offers exceptional value and merely echo other reviewers observations that this is an outstanding cigar for the price and would highly recommend. Have saved the corona for tommorrow.!!
