Description

A bottle of Queen Anne Rare Scotch Whisky. This blend was bottled by Hill Thomson & Co., we estimate in the 1960s.

This was imported to Italy by Claretta di V Rosignano.

The label carries a royal warrant by appointment to Her Majesty The Queen.

Please note as this is a vintage whisky, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Quite grainy with refreshing tropical fruits, think pineapple. This is combined with a touch of black pepper and walnuts.

Palate: Salt and pepper with a touch of spice as some malt sweetness lingers.

Finish: Medium finish that gets quite dry.
