Gutted! Was looking forward to this but it let me down. Beautiful looking cigar which cut well and the unlit draw seemed ok. Once lit though the draw proved tight and it didnt really improve. The smoke output was poor. Light body during 1/3, which developed to the low side of medium by the 2/3, which is where it remained throughout. Reasonable burn which needed correcting twice. Draw became very hot halfway through 3/3, with no improvement to smoke output. Lasted a fraction over 40 mins. Overall disappointed, especially for the price. A shame.

I recovered this one when I repossessed my father in laws humidor after he gave up cigars it had sat languishing at a humidity of 50 . After a few weeks back at 70 I was dying to burn it. I love the maduro and have never had a bad nub. The sungrown was one I hadn't tried and it didn't disappoint. Love the way they hold their ash. A challenge to light a pleasure to smoke. Had it with a large Metaxa. Medium strength perfect amount of smoke very satisfying. Definitely one of my favourite brands.

I had never understood the attraction of the Nubs....until I tried them!! I really enjoyed this cigar, and now understand that they were designed to start in the sweet spot that most cigars get to about 1/2 way into them. I found this one to be full of flavour, burned really even and despite its miniature length the smoke did not draw too hot. it left me with a pleasant tingle in my nose for about 10 minutes after finishing. if you're in any doubt about these, give them a go. cheap and cheerful a great smoke!!
