Nose: Aromas of fresh honeycomb, sweet toffee, red apple, fig and vanilla pod.

Palate: On the palate enjoy a smooth melody of cinnamon, ginger, Madagascan vanilla, dried fruits and oak

Finish: A finish of sweet oak, soft spice and toffee
