Description

Origin is Kirkjuvagr’s elder spirit, created to honour their Viking ancestors.

It’s unique blend of locally grown botanicals includes a variety of Angelica brought to Orkney by ancient Norse seafarers.

Origin is handcrafted in small batches using traditional copper stills in a process defined by passion and commitment – after all the Vikings don’t mess around!

Serve Kirkjuvagr over ice, with your favourite Indian tonic and garnish with fresh orange peel. Alternatively, at 43% Kirkjuvagr is remarkably smooth and makes the perfect Martini.

 
 

Tasting Notes

Fresh sea breeze with a sweetness reminiscent of sherbet, lemons and pine. Starts warm and sweet with a hint of spice, followed by a floral, smooth and long finish.
