The Davidoff Escurio Robusto was an enjoyable and distinctive cigar that introduced me to a different side of Davidoff’s portfolio. Using Brazilian and Dominican tobacco, it delivers a flavor profile that feels livelier and more expressive than some of their more traditional blends. On the cold draw, I picked up sweet spice, wood, and a slightly tangy note. Once lit, the first third brought an interesting mix of creamy smoke, black pepper, and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of molasses or dried fruit. The cigar felt medium-bodied, with excellent balance right from the start. As it progressed, the sweetness and spice played off each other nicely, joined by notes of cocoa and cedar. The construction was excellent, with a steady burn and effortless draw throughout. In the final third, the cigar picked up a little more intensity, becoming richer and slightly earthier while remaining smooth and controlled. The Escurio Robusto feels vibrant and modern without losing Davidoff’s signature refinement. It’s flavorful, well-balanced, and very approachable—an excellent option for those wanting complexity without excessive strength. Rating: 8/10

This was a surprise was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The draw was a delight and the smoke was rich and full, I like that in a good cigar. The burn was equal to the end, and tastes just got better the further down we went..I can say I had to keep checking what I was smoking it was that satisfying...Worth a try.

Very impressed with this Escurio, and it?s surprising more stronger than the medium description. Very flavoursome and over 60 minutes of delightful smoke. Did have to relight it twice and a slight tendency of an uneven burn. Well worth the price and can imagine having these with friends and enjoying a long conversation.

Big fan of Davidoff. First third quite sweet if a little dull. Second third gets more spice and a big uplift in character. Last third is by far the best. Worth I try, I'm guessing you will love it or hate it.
