Description

Released for their 18th batch of spectacular single cask bottlings.

This 27-year-old single malt from GlenDronach has been matured in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon, personally selected by Master Blender Dr Rachel Barrie, from 1992 to 2020.

Just 699 bottles have been produced, each at 53.7% abv and without chill filtration or added colouring.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: An exquisite balance of plum, sweet date and cherry cake, with mulled wine, spiced orange and antique walnut.

Palate: Plum, maraschino cherry and prune interweave with mandarin and pomelo.

Finish: Finishing with dark chocolate, sultana and spice.
