Handmade in small batches in the award winning Bothy in the Angus Glens of Scotland.

Chilli gains its unique flavour from carefully chosen ingredients - Scottish chilies, sugar and of course our special Bothy Gin.

Combined together our Chilli gin is a unique drink becoming increasingly popular with our Bothy customers.

Perfect Serve: We encourage you to try this neat first or 25cl mixed with 50cl of Premium Tonic.

Tasting Notes

Soft, and though an initial orange sweetness greets the tongue, it is chased away by an earthy, fresh juniper and a pine heat.

The taste left in the mouth is one of fresh pine with a hint of sour cream.
