Handmade in small batches in the award winning Bothy in the Angus Glens of Scotland.

This amazing Chilli infusion is created from chillies grown in Scotland, great neat or try with a squeeze of fresh lime and tonic.

Tasting Notes

Soft, and though an initial orange sweetness greets the tongue, it is chased away by an earthy, fresh juniper and a pine heat.

The taste left in the mouth is one of fresh pine with a hint of sour cream.
