Great looking wrapper. Veins almost Invisible. Grainy texture with a nice oily offset. Good Firm construction. I liked this cigar from the first draw. Great smoke output a nice and easy draw with a taste that ticked all the right boxes for me. It starts off light/medium body with woody tones. Soft hints of spice/coffee on the finish. around 2nd half I was getting an almost chocolatey taste with a much longer creamier finish. Picked up to a good medium body. Perhaps good for a day time smoke. I did experience a slight split in the wrapper about half way, but smoked past it with no major problems. I will definitely get these again. They are reasonably priced and I'm happy with its overall performance. A staunch smoke which complimented my cup of Afghani green tea.

Definitely one of my favourite non-Cubans but the first time I've bought from CGars and not disappointed! A well made cigar nicely rolled and well constructed. Full of flavour, lots of leather and wood, which lasts up to the last inch and a half or so. A very even burn and considering it takes over an hour to smoke no need to relight or mess around just lit and smoked. Lots of fragrant smoke and just a really nice cigar to smoke over a few mid afternoon coffees. A good cigar to have in the humidor and I'll certainly continue keeping mine stocked up with a few!

Good even burn, good draw, feels nice and solid in your hand, flavours of coffee and nuts, although some bitterness. Just popped back to buy more. I'd recomend any fan of robustos to at least give this one a try, it is excelent value for money in my view.

Okay, I'm on the fence with this one. First third was surprisingly lacklustre, with little in the way of draw, although in its defence it did burn very evenly and consistently. Second third and the pace started to really pick up, a medley of flavours that complimented the Cockspur rum I was drinking with it, providing a very satisfying draw at every puff. The middle of this cigar is seemingly where the action is, because... Final third became rather disappointing. Overpowering and confusing flavours, burning a little hot, and rather tarry with bitter a aftertaste, I put the thing to bed rather than follow it through. All in, I had around 45 minutes of mixed feeling with this smoke, but I'd be keen to try another sometime to see if I just had a duff one.
