Description

This Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel tanks then aged in partial new oak for 10 months.

Situated between its two neighbours, Meursault and Chassagne, Puligny- Montrachet’s sub-soil is ideally suited to Chardonnay.

Delicious floral and fruit aromas with a nice oaky note.

A perfect marriage of power and elegance, this wine is smooth and complex. Excellent ageing potential

 

Tasting Notes

It has a lovely stone fruit nose, flinty with hints of vanilla. It’s crisp and mineral, yet textured on the palate, with lime and apple fruit decorated by vanilla oak spice which add extra layers and depth.
