I received this cigar as part of a sampler i purchased and after storing it for maybe a month or so in the ode Tupador it smoked like a good quality ' cheap' cigar. Steady nicotine content, lasted a while, held its ash nicely and for a chunky little cigar its worth the coin.

No, just no. First third was fairly unexciting and then I was hit with pepper, then some sort of fizzy sensation on my tongue. Needless to say i did not enjoy this cigar and I won't be buying it again.

From start to finish was a great experience, can be a regular pick as it always gives a quality smoke, recommend this one.

Shame to leave a 1 star review. Ordered 2 of these and for me the worst cigar ive tried. At first i thought maybe a one off but when both was the same i wasnt happy. Very bitter peppery taste flavour was rather muddy as im unsure how to put it, the draw on both of these were super tight even with a full circle cut. Not a pleasant smoke. But please dont take my review in a bad way. Someone elses experience will always be different. Sadly for me it just wasnt meant to be on this order. Will still be returning for other cigars regardless

Of the Mitchelleros this was the best of the bunch in the sample pack (but I ended up getting 20 of the Torcedor on price) It is really well constructed, even burn, great flavour and just the right size for me

Further to my previous 1 star review I am pleased to offer an update, having now enjoyed a second Mitchellero Picadillo cigar. Firstly, may I thank the excellent customer service team at CGars for their response to my review, the possible explanation and the action they undertook. For so many companies we now deal with in our daily lives the term Customer Service is somewhat of a joke and seems to have nothing to do with ensuring the satisfaction of the consumer, so well done CGars. With regard to this second Picadillo, it was far, far better and for the price, a good value cigar. There is a great deal of actual smoke and my preference remains for the larger gauge Mitchellero Novellini, but sitting outside after an agreeable Sunday lunch with the remains of a bottle of red, this cigar provided a very good half hours enjoyment.
