Introduced to the core range in 2024, Tomatin’s 12-Year-Old Sherry Cask enhances the classic 12-Year-old by fully maturing in sherry casks for 12 years.

Launching on the 20th May 2024,  this single malt whisky brings Tomatin award-winning core-range portfolio to six with each distinctive expression matured in different cask types, bursting with unique character.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Caramelised apple, pear, sultana, orange peel, apricot and hints of aged leather

Palate: Chocolate fudge, manuka honey, dried fruit and nut.

Finish: Cinnamon spice.
