Im going to put this at a 3 out of 5 simply because Im not sure if I disliked it or liked it.. to begin with I thought it was horrible but as i got into the 2nd 3rd of it it was better but Im not sure if that was me liking the change from the harsh start to the milder 2nd or I got used to it? I would probably try another in the future on the off chance I have a different experience.

I have had two of these and I am amazed by the difference . the first was lovely. very smooth, very easy burn and a joy. the second is perhaps the worst cigar I have ever had. it was impossible to draw, I needed to keep relighting and eventually give up. dreadful

I was so impressed with my first one of these that I ordered another and am now going to order some more because the second was every bit as good as the first. I usually only smoke Cubans rather than new world and only got onto the Alec Bradley Black Market because of a recommendation in Robert Graham in Cambridge. This robust cigar packs flavour, which others have done a fab job of describing. It’s not for the faint hearted but will reward those who like a smoke that delivers a bit of a punch (in a good way!). The draw is excellent and it burns smoothly. I had to relight a couple of times but that’s normal for me with all cigars as I don’t like to puff so much that the smoke gets hot. The cigar relit easily and burned well. I got around 50 mins out of each of the sticks I have smoked, smoking them all the way down. Even on the last few puffs when the smoke was running pretty hot it was with reluctance that I had to accept that the end was nigh, which to me is always the sign of a great cigar. I am awarding 5 because of the combination of quality and price, which makes these an affordable regular smoke.

Loving these, a full favour smoke that satisfies the need for a quiet afternoon in. Really heavy duty maybe for a beginner, but represents a great value Cigar, perfect for a Black Coffee, and a Malt Whisky..!!
