Making my way back into Cigars and settled on this as a (re)starter humidor. On the surface it is an affordably made humidor. Advert states rosewood but its not like any rosewood veneer Ive ever seen. Id lean more towards Indian Laurel. Anyway - after seasoning twice and using one of the supplied oasis humidifiers, Im pleasantly surprised that it seems to be holding at 70%.
Time will tell how needy it is.
Ashtray is Junk
Cutter is sufficient
Use this for holding your daily/weekly smokes but its not of a quality that I would be confident in using it for maturation.
C-Gars service was prompt, good communication, parcel arrived with good packaging, and the sticks id ordered were shift with those little humidifying sachets.

Let’s by saying it isn’t cheap but you’ve already seen the price right? This is what, nearly two inches in length so fairly small however it has a hefty weight to it. When you turn the action for a cutter it clicks positively into place no mistake, leaving you free to line up for the punching act whichever size you opted for. Quite frankly, it is class

The thing with simple cigars is that the flavours have to pack a punch. Boy does this live up to that. A nice mild and creamy smoke. The hold of this cigar just resonates sophistication in between the fingers. The construction is something to be marvelled at. Im only an inch in and Im already sad that, at some point, my smoke will end and I will have to face reality again. This is just an all out fantastic cigar.

This one was an incredibly loose draw with almost no discernible flavours. Almost like a shadow of a cigar if that doesn't sound too weird. Pleasant enough but for this money I would like something more memorable.
