Description

The gin, made with real quince fruit, is inspired by the travels of the Neill family through Persia in the 1900s.

A variation on the classic Whitley Neill Gin recipe, this one features a hearty helping of quince juice at its core.

Bottled at 43% ABV, Whitley Neill Quince Gin is a sweet gin which can be enjoyed neat over ice or mixed in a Persian Wine Cooler, red wine, soda water, and orange juice.

Tasting Notes

Massive fruit influence, as you might expect. Juicy citrus, with a touch of ripe pear and peach hiding in there too.
