A classic Scotch whisky from a now-silent grain distillery which once stood at the heart of
Scotland’s waterways.
The whisky has been matured in American White Oak casks held mostly in traditional dunnage
warehousing – their earthen floors are ideal for maintaining a cool temperature and higher
humidity.
The influence of the wood on this light grain whisky has created a wonderful balanced sweet
taste with flavours of rich butterscotch, delicate vanilla, and exotic fruit, rounded off with
caramelised Crème Brulee notes.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, natural strength, only a limited amount of 1,642 individually numbered bottles were produced.
Nose: Butterscotch with vanilla notes, wood spice, desiccated coconut, and pineapple,
Palate: Butterscotch, rich custard, apricot, and buttered popcorn.
Finish: Rich with caramel.
