The Solani pipe tobacco brand was launched in 1988 by Herr Ridiger Will, Master blender and creator of the Borkum Riff brand of pipe tobaccos.

Creating a quality tobacco the Solani way involves extensive testing over which takes many weeks due to the natural ingredients of raw tobacco, which can have very different effects on the flavouring.

Solani offers a concise range of pure and flavoured pipe tobaccos, both in mixtures and in flakes, aromatics and non aromatics.

Genuine Virginia/Perique blends are the crowned jewel of the pipe tobacco world. A blend of this quality is even better when it has been pressed into a flake and allowed to age for a short amount of time. Upon opening the tin you get the beautiful intoxicating aroma of Perique, you then know that it is going to be a wonderful tobacco.
