Gawiths Firedance is a rare beauty, fragrant, cool and so well balanced with an easy burn as well as a scrumptious room note. In a Gambo block meerschaum, Ill be back again and again for a gorgeously atmospheric time.

One of my favourite SG blends, the tin note is predominatley blackberry, you would be expecting a very sweet, maybe sickly smoke, but not at all, i find the brandy really the main taste here, creamy vanilla, then the blackberry, no bite, smooth and of medium strength, rubs out easily, moisture level was fine with my tin, i have heard it can be over moist (better that than bone dry imo) a definate rotation staple for me!! 8/10!

It is best with this blend to let it dry out a bit before trying to light, if not it's definitely not the easiest of blends to light. When lit you're welcomed by the delicious yet subtle flavour of blackberry brandy, definitely not overpowering but just the right amount to know it's there. This blend definitely needs well deserved down time to really enjoy the rich flavour it has to offer, a obvious recommendation, one of my absolute favourites!

Upon opening the tin you get as strong aroma of brandy and a subtle fruity flavour. It was a nice cool smoke which didn't require any re-lights. With every puff you get a blackberry brandy flavour that fills your mouth but this can also be quite sour at points, so I wouldn't say this tobacco is for everyone.
