The Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to the Original Rock Rose Gin.
Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness we use botanicals to provide a cool, refreshing taste! Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while gorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma.
Rock Rose have also used dandelion to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
Nose: Clean and fresh to nose with hints of lime.
Palate: Wonderfully herbaceous with real citrus and juniper notes coming to the fore.
Finish: This gin finishes with cooling and fresh notes.
