Oliva Serie O Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 05 July, 2023
First cigar I’ve smoked in a long time that after a few draws I had to stop and tell the wife “WOW!” I’m not the most seasoned cigar smoker but I genuinely enjoyed this more than any Upmann or Montecristo I’ve tried. I think you’ll struggle to find a more pleasant smoke within this price range. I’ve found my brand.

Oliva Serie V Melanio Gran Reserva Robusto Cigar - Box of 10
Date Added: Sunday 04 June, 2023
After years of smoking many different cigars, Cuban & New World, I think these are my favourite. Everything from the construction, to the taste and smoking time is perfect for me. Rarely you get one (maybe one in ten) with a tight draw, but it is easily fixed with a Perfect Draw tool. 10/10, definitely recommended.

Great cigar. 2 hours burn time to top of band, with a creamy smooth medium rich flavour, excellent draw and fantastic construction.

Smoked my first one of these and boy did I enjoy it. Had a dram of 10 year old speyside with and they complimented each other perfectly. Such a lovely smoke with a nice sweet finish. Can’t believe how good this was for the money. I’ll be back !

Oliva Serie V Torpedo Cigar - 1 Single

I dont usually go for large ring gauges so this was a new experience when it popped into my subscription box. This meaty 56 ring gauge cigar from Oliva is deceptive. Dont get me wrong, it packs a good Oliva punch, but it is also simultaneously deliciously smooth, with heaps of beautiful smoke that tastes and smells of roasted coffee and chocolate, with that usual Nicaragua spice on the finish (although its not overpowering). The ring gauge also helps to keep the burn nice and cool and I managed to get 1.25hrs out of this - which for the price is a bargain! Id definitely keep one or two in the humidor.
