De Olifant Vintage Limited Edition Sumatra Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 06 May, 2024
Now here's a little nice little smoke. Smooth creamy start, wood, leather, hint of spice on my pallet. Very easy to smoke. Kept a good Ash throughout. Picked ip a little in strength towards the end. But not too much. Happily add these to my daily easy smokes.

Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour Petit Panetela Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 04 May, 2024
This cigar is what Davidoff is all about - well constructed, excellent consistency on the draw, fine tasting and a beautiful wrapper. I smoked this after giving it a punch cut and enjoyed it for c45 minutes. The ash held for about 1.5 inches before departure and whilst it started out a bit spicy, the second half was dominated by richer flavours with coffee and an almost buttery toasted almond undertone. It's quite a strong cigar so perhaps not one for beginners but definitely one to keep in the humidor.

Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label Invictos Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 21 April, 2024
Nice cigar. Even burn although it needed a few relights so don?t ignore it. Smoked during an afternoon of fishing, with a flask of tea. Started out mellow coffee and chocolate but got a bit mean and leathery towards the end, but overall a very pleasant and quite punchy smoke. Sort of ?next level? cigar for the beginner.

Drew Estate Factory Smokes CT Shade Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 17 April, 2024
A reasonable cigar but not premium and one of those 'doing admin', 'setting up the BBQ' or 'introduction' cigars - Not a good flavour profile if you are wanting to relax with a coffee or drink and explore complexity and depth of flavours. If you smoke every day this might be a good option. I am more of a weekend smoker so prefer something with more of a journey and story. It was fine, burns well, loads of smoke, clean draw etc - what you would expect from a Drew Estate cigar. I doubt I'd buy again but glad I at least tried it.
