A celebration of the connection between the land and the spirit with our unique cask editions. Bringing distinct regional flavours of selected casks from around the world to our island malt.

A unique single malt from Jura, aged first in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in carefully chosen Caribbean rum casks.

It’s mouth-watering, smooth and fruity –the perfect exotic escape.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Warm welcoming notes of guava and coconut, sugar coated almonds, apricots and a touch of citrus

Palate: Sweet vanilla, fudge, layers of mango, banana and guava.

Finish: With a lasting sweet cinnamon spice finish
