Hampden Estate 2010 LROK Pure Single Jamaican Rum - 47% 70cl

A single vintage release from Hampden Estate. This is one of the oldest rums from this legendary distillery to be fully matured at the Estate in Jamaica.

The 2010 LROK (Light Rum Owen Kelly) is a mark produced since 1952 at Hampden Estate.

This release contains one of the oldest rums aged entirely at the distillery.

Matured for 11 years, this excellent rum offers classic over-ripe tropical fruits, liquorice, smoky menthol and bitter coffee.

This is one of the world's best high ester pot still rums.

Nose: Ripe sweet tropical fruits and a little hint of syrup and dry spices, some hints of mint and liquorice on the back end of the nose.  

Palate: Vanilla and menthol flavours open the palate, lots of rich tropical fruits flow with ease across the whole palate.

Finish: Some rich creamy vanilla and soft spices lead to a rich and lingering finish.
