The liquid in cask 0365 has spent the first half of its life maturing in a bourbon cask before being transferred to a virgin oak cask.

Drawn straight from the cask, presented in numbered decanters with a certificate of authencity, this remarkable whisky is expected to be highly sought after by collectors and drinkers alike.

Only 285 bottles of this limited release will be available worldwide.

Nose: Freshly baked treacle tart and milk chocolate digestive biscuits. Vanilla, stewed pears and bananas then come into play. Woody with hints of honeysuckle, soft leather and liquorice.

Palate: More milk chocolate and vanilla, this time with a hint of golden syrup. Very fruity with a herbal note of fresh sage.

Finish: A lovely long, dry and spicy finish.
