On the one hand the construction of this cigar was near perfect and had a perfect burn all the way to the last inch, on the other I found the taste a little bland with not much going on aside from bitterness, grass, wood and some pepper at certain stages of the smoke. Not bad by any means if you enjoy the more grassy and earthy tastes. This would benefit from some ageing. For what it is and for the price I will give this 4/5, it personally wasn't to my taste but to someone else's palate this may be the perfect short smoke.

ordered 25 bundle, have smoked 15 and every one has been good. draw ever so slightly tight at first but once started have eased. like the taste but dosnt change much just gets stronger towards the end. lasts me an hour of pleasure but im a slow smoker. burn on nearly everyone has been great. my daughter ordered me a pack of 5 from cgars for christmas, unfortunatly looks like a herd of elephants had stampeded at the sorting office and they arrived trampled underfoot. she emailed photos to cgars 10pm and within 20 mins that night customer service had promised to get another pack in post in time for christmas. found them in my stocking christmas morning, brilliant customer service many thanks from my daughter. cigar 4/5 but 10/5 for cgars customer service

Lovely smoke, great construction and draw, full earthy Cuban flavour, exactly what I love and an amazing price for a Cuban cigar!

Not the best cigars in the world unfortunatly, I found that some are too tight whilst others are too lose. Bit too bitter for my liking too much of a bland taste. the build quality is not the best but it holds its ash very well. I doubt ill buy them again but worth a punt at the price.

Well, I read Richard's review and would go along with his comments; JLP cigars can be a bit hit-and-miss, though, with Cgars returns policy, you can always go for a refund or replacement as I did (with the customary rapid response from Cgars - good customer care!). I've also found that, if you get a well-rolled batch, it's a pleasant smoke down to the end and extremely good value for the price. If you get a tight-rolled one (often up to 5-6 in a batch of 25), you can need a small industrial pump to draw, and need to clip the end a couple of times to prevent a build-up of tars. Having said all that, it's a nice cigar for a very, very reasonable price, and has been my choice of an everyday cigar for some time. It just about creeps into the 4 star range, due mainly to Cgars Rapid Response Team...

Nearly didn't buy these based on the last review, but all six that I bought were perfect. I'm on the hunt for a decent short smoke, and these fit the bill. I can understand Ash's comments though, as my experience with the full size Cazadores has not been so good.
