I am a bit dissapointed. The pack was open and the state of the cigars was very poor. Drawing air a lot and the cigars opening like a flower after light up. The pack was replaced but i received an open pack again. I thought the pack shoul be sealed. Whay is open?

I tried one these I bought couple weeks ago my first Jose L piedra. And I must say very impressed a Lovely smooth burn great taste looking forward to more in next order. True bargain Cuban.
