Romeo y Julieta No. 2 Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 11 November, 2018
Not great in my opinion. Really tight drew and for the money there are 100s of cigars from the new world which would out smoke these by miles. Wouldnt recommend these to a friend but a great cigar to give to someone who has no clue about cigars, who will most likely never smoke one again and just wants to smoke a cuban. They are not complete rubbish and I know guys who love these (cuban snobs). Dont get me wrong, I love a good cuban, but these arent that imo!

Oliva Serie V Belicoso Cigar - 1 Single

My word, what a cigar! First 1/4 of the first third was a little peppery but then it calms down nicely. Great smoke output very nice. The second third is where this cigar came alive for me. Subtle dark chocolate and some pepper with a nice floral finish. The final third is more powerful but not bitter in anyway. I could have smoked this down to the end. The burn was nice and even throughout with the ash holding on well into the second third! The drew was a little tight but was still easy enough to pull. It took about 50mins to smoke but I must say I probably smoked it a little quick as I found it rather moreish Very very nice cigar. I could easily and probably will buy a box of these. A good one to give to friends who appreciate cigars but dont want their heads blown off. Im glad I bought 3 of these!

Guantanamera Cristales Cigar - 1 Single

Not good but shouldnÂ’t have expected much given the price, cap comes cut poorly which needed re doing, cigar tended to burn unevenly and to top it off it was hard work to get any flavour out of this cigar, wonÂ’t be coming back to these

Inka Secret Blend Red Half Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 10 November, 2018
A great cigar for the price and reminiscent of Cuban Partagás (not the depth or creaminess of a good Partagás) - rich, earthy and woody with a lot of pepper and a sweet leathery undertone. There was a tiny amount of development in flavour, getting darker into the second half and I found smoking it slowly with a little whisky was best. I did find the pepper to be rather overpowering, and there was a slight acrid bitterness throughout which mainly picked up in the second half. Some slight hints of peanut developed and a little green vegetal note built up. The finish wasnt great, a little bitter but otherwise pleasant. I found mine to be very much full strength. I am very curious as to how well these might age over a few years as some of the rough edges should ease off at the very least. Construction was excellent with a beautiful straight burn - tightly packed but with a perfect (easy but not too open) draw producing thick mouthfuls of smoke.

Cohiba Coronas Especiales Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 09 November, 2018
Tasted fine but not especially good. The main problem was that it was so densly packed i got a really poor smoke, had to drag excessively to even get it to burn. Tried both with a cohiba cigar cutter and Cohiba press and used a jet burner for both. Had to repeatedly deal with it canoeing and just gave up after half way. Sad times :(
