I got 25 of these and use these and the Romeo y Juliet mille fleur as daily smokes and have davidoff, padron, cohiba etc as treats.
I thoroughly enjoy this very earthy Cuban. It starts off pleasant but when you get to the halfway point there is an unexpected flavour change which always comes on fast and puts a smile on my face.
These sticks can get dry if you don’t treat them properly and because of how they are packed they can be a few sticks that need to rest in the humidor for a while, but the longer you leave them, the better they get

Personally I am not generally inclined to either the taste or strength of Mexican cigars, but this one was most certainly an exception. It was not one that I was pleased to find out as being the mystery cigar in the December subscription box, although it turned out to be a pleasant surprise in the end. Spicy with a hint of sweetness, smooth and creamy with no hint of bitterness, fairly strong yet not overly so, lots of aromatic smoke, a consistently even burn and an absolute joy from initial light to stub. Bravo to the person deciding to add it to the subscription box and helping to change my mind a little about Mexican cigars as a result.

One of the best smokes I have had. Full of flavor and surprisingly very sweet. Went beautifully with some rum.

Fairly strong, but not overpowering with subtle flavours which produce an overall satisfying 45-50 minute smoking experience. Whilst not perfect, it is definitely worthy of a place in the wider AVO cigar line-up.

Some nice flavours from this cigar although it was sadly let down by poor construction (wrapper peeling in several places and uneven burn).

Beautiful cigar. Very nice burn, earthy, hints of coffee of chocolate. Highly recommended
