Really enjoyable smoke for the price was not sure what to expect but reviews were positive. As a newcomer to the leaf I would highly recommend to those building their flavour profiles of light to medium smokes. I look forward to trying the 54

Trinidad Reyes Cigar - Cabinet of 12
Date Added: Friday 14 August, 2020
Lovely little smoke the slight floral and peppery notes were enjoyable. Burn was even and went out few times but nothing I have not experienced with more expensive Cubans being a relative newcomer to the leaf. Well worth the £12 stick value Lasted a good 45’ and for those casual moments more then enjoyable alternative to petit davidoff ranges I normally grab from the humidor

Quorum Shade Grown Short Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

We are off to a good start the draw after cutting delivered a very pleasant tobacco taste. It is well rolled and the rapper looked good. The burn on this one was a bit onesided and I had to fiddle with it to get it to burn evenly. The 1st 3rd was incredible and we were off to a very good start with lovely woody notes carrying through to the 2nd 3rd with nice creamy mild smoke. The last 3rd was an assault to the senses as it got very acrid and taste like, what I can only describe as relighting an old smoked cigar that has laid in the ashtray for a couple of days. For the price this is a good cigar and I would like to try it again as the first two 3rds were great.

La Flor Dominicana El Carajon Cigar - 1 Single

Well, Well, Well! What a beauty. As far as an affordable long filler cigar goes this one is really great. Even before I light it the draw was sweet and spring flower-like. It is by far the best constructed affordable cigar I have smoked. The draw is lovely and not too easy as it is packed with tobacco and tightly rolled. As for the first 3rd, it was very sweet with a light nutty note, the 2nd 3rd blew my senses with sweet nutty flavours. Then on the last third, it had a very nutty taste carrying the sweetness all the way from start to finish. Sadly I found it a bit sickly but that is due to personal preference as in general I do not like sweet things, however I will keep adding them to my humidor as they are well made, packs flavour, affordable and a great introduction into cigar smoking.

Davidoff Winston Churchill The Late Hour Robusto Cigar - 1 Singl
Date Added: Thursday 13 August, 2020
This was a very nice cigar, Ive had it in my humidor for a year and was really looking forward to smoking it. I wasnt disappointed. It starts off with a lovely spicy flavour, which develops into a very rich sweet nutty flavour, with aromas of dark chocolate. The cigar starts to mellow out in third number 2, with the sweet flavours nicely complimented by a peppery spiciness. It was a well constructed cigar, very smooth wrapper with minimal veining. Upon lighting, and all the way through, I got bags of smoke, and it held its ash for about an inch before dropping off. The burn was pretty even all the way down, although I did have to do some minor touching up a couple of times. My only gripe with this was that the flavour tailed off a bit in the last third and the smoke got a bit hot. On the whole an extremely nice cigar.
