Decided to give Savage a try and didnt expect much at such a low price. Have to say it blew me away. Mild, sweet and consistent burn. A real winner I will use again.

I purchased a Tsubota Bolbo pipe lighter Matt Black.
This lighter is superb I would recommend it highly.
It’s a real stylish piece of craftsmanship
When filled with fuel it last’s an exceptionally long time.

Davidoff Signature Tubos No. 2 Cigar - 1 Single

Suffice it to say I wish I could afford these on a regular basis.
Remarkably smooth, outstanding (and now expected) Davidoff quality, and not even a hint of cigar mouth aftertaste.
Giving serious consideration to ordering a larger quantity of these for special occasions or for when only Davidoff will do.

Well. This was a very pleasant surprise.
Got this as part of a Davidoff sample collection. Stronger than my usual preference, but quality will out.
Rather (read very much) beyond my usual price point, but smoking very nicely with a soft red (a nero davola), and doing a grand job of pulling me out of a low mood. (Much better value than a therapist.)

Usually a good stick but this one was tight so I PerfecDrawed it, pulled out a stem, then it smoked like a dream.

Despite not being labeled as such, I suspect this was intended as a blending tobacco - it is extremely uniform and very light coloured and the uniformity is such that I believe it may be a single leaf tobacco.
I tried smoking this as it comes when a sample was included in the pipe tobacco subscription and it wasnt a brilliant experience, but it performed admirably when mixed with various other leftover odds-and-ends from the subscription boxes, to the degree I found myself ordering more of this for that purpose. It works particularly well in combination with the SG Brown Virginia blending tobacco.
You might find yourself disappointed if you intend to smoke this straight, but its a good value-for-money way of bulking out other tobaccos with a light Virginia leaf that doesnt overpower whatever you are mixing it with. 4 stars for that application; 1 on its own.
