Proberly the worst one I have tried yet. Did not burn well from start to finish. Nice tasting tobacco but overall not satisfying would not purchase again

Mitchellero Torcedor Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 12 May, 2025
Mitchellero Torcedor 42 x 4” - £6.99 each at time of writing. May 2025. Bought 3 of these sticks to try. I’ve had other Mitchellero cigars from CGars previously and was impressed by the quality for the price and wanted to try these smaller versions which are ideal for a shorter smoke. I rested them in my humidor for a couple of weeks at around 67-68 % RH. Wow, I wasn’t disappointed. Good draw and a mild taste on lighting. I used a ‘v’ cut initially which was probably a mistake on a 42 gauge stick. It burnt a little unevenly at first but that was my fault in the lighting. I rectified with a straight cut and It soon settled to an even burn with lots of creamy smoke. Notes of freshly mowed grass moving to an earthy taste in the 2nd third and a stronger cedar note towards the end. No harshness through. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will be ordering a batch of these for the future. Additionally, great service from CGars as usual.

Fratello Oro Corona Cigar - 1 Single

These were part of the same order to try something new over a lazy weekend. Another smasher from the C Gars team. Good value with a solid 45mins of pleasure with some bubbles in hand, another sure fire winner from me. How do you do it Mitchell ?? what is the secret.

La Flor de Cano Selectos No. 3 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 11 May, 2025
Having seen this in the current edition of C Gars Ltd Spring/Summer collection decided to give it a go on the basis of preferring light/medium cigars on a weekend and in general. The draw was nice and even and it lasted a good 45-60 mins for a lazy "herf" on a sunny afternoon. Another HIT from C Gars Ltd. Will purchase again without doubt.

Drew Estate Deadwood SJ Cigar - Tin of 10
Date Added: Sunday 11 May, 2025
The sweetness, draw and quality of the tobacco is good. However the construction was disappointing - definitely seems like it has gone downhill since my last batch a few years ago. Started unravelling and seemed to be the case with several of the sticks

Mitchellero Peru Gordo Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 10 May, 2025
Honestly an excellent cigar for the price. Well constructed with almost invisible seams and looks great. Mild smelling. Only thing I don't like about the appearance is the plastic band. Draw is perfect for me on this. Burn straight all the way through with no attention required. It's a mild-medium cigar. Flavours exactly as described in the tasting notes: variety of wood notes throughout with a chocolate sweetness on the lips and a general nuttiness. Pleasant aroma throughout. Medium pepper developing in the final third and on retrohale throughout. 45 mins at a steady pace, not rushing. Only negative is that removal of the band tore the wrapper slightly, but not badly. Really like it for the price. Will be considering a box for afternoon dog walks!
