Great draw but peppery mostly wouldn’t say it’s great for a beginner I personally found it abit too peppery

First time trying a Gurkha, usually stick with Cuban. Not a totally unpleasant experience. The first and second were OK, burn was nice and even. Third was an awful experience, burnt uneven, air pocket in the middle (a good cm). No noticeable notes. However a sweet perfume, palma violet smell when resting on the holder, but did not come through on the retrohale. Overall wouldnt buy again, forgettable.

The first time I went in to the store, I bought 6 different cigars. This was definitely my favourite, I will be buying more soon. Between this and the quorum Churchill (which is a little cheaper) I would recommend this one, though they are both really nice cigars, both lasting 1 hour and a half, both produce a nice amount of smoke and have good flavour. I did notice the quorum cigar was a little more delicate than the Charatan.

I bought 5 of these for a funeral I was going too. Im new to cigars but I have tried a few different churchils. I found cutting the cigar with a double guillotine a bit challenging compared to a Charatan, also the rapper was a little delicate and began to unroll, however if you wet the end it was alright. The actual taste was very nice also the smell of the cigar wasnt overpowering, especially in small areas, it does produce a good amount of smoke. Especially for £13, I would recommend though just be a little more delicate and cautious when cutting, just make sure too wet the end a little and you should be alright.

Very enjoyable smoke. Lovely easy draw with plenty of flavoursome smoke. Top end of medium for me but I am new to cigars so not unexpected. Burnt evenly throughout. Construction aside it was a pleasure to smoke not having to think about it which is the whole point yes? Will be ordering again and great value for the price I think. M
