Brick House Double Connecticut Mighty Mighty Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Thursday 11 May, 2023
Great cigar. I gave it a V cut and the draw was still lightning. Burn was pretty sharp and held the ash really well. No touch ups required, could leave it and go back to it with no issues. Woody and peppery with a cool draw. Although rated medium strength I found this really strong after a few cubans earlier in the week. No way I could smoke this to the moustache. Would recommend but too strong for me.

Boveda Wooden Packet Holder - Holds 4 Packs
Date Added: Thursday 11 May, 2023
Agreeing with a review on a similar product. The magnet provided by Boveda is unfortunately quite weak and will likely not hold all 4 of your packs at once without falling. Ive taken the advice from another review and added strong magnets from amazon (£6-7) which should do the trick. This is apparently made from cedar so I would recommend adding it to your humidor when seasoning.

Ramon Allones Specially Selected Cigar - 1 Single

I’m not massive fan of Cubans, and they’re hit and miss. Once you get a good one, you get the best, and when you get a bad one, you get a bad one. This is one fine and superb cigar. I got Mays Cuban/New World Sub pack after a hiatus of a year and a half and as Al Pacino said ‘Just when I I thought I was out, they dragged me back in’ And this cigar and the Subscription pack just did that. The construction was veiny, I didn’t have high hopes, but it could wonderfully and the construction besides one worry was outstanding. The draw was beautiful, not too tight, but not a wind tunnel. The aroma was something of beauty, the flavour was what a Cuban should be. Class and beauty. The flavours of cream, cedar, wood, a light chocolate and the ash was crisp white and a burn to die for. One touch up and it burned smooth as silk. It made me wonder why I don’t delve into Cubans more often. With the new Sub pack I have my new excuse. Billy has picked some of the best cigars I’ve ever had in this months sub box. I genuinely can’t wait until next month because I’d have bypassed a Cuban fo

Mitchellero Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 09 May, 2023
I am far from being able to give an intricate taste review, I just know whether I like a cigar or not, and I absolutely loved this cigar. A real goldilocks smoke for me, as in not too strong, not too weak in either taste or strength. Given robusto is my favourite size, this is probably my go-to stick from now on.

Plasencia Cosecha 149 La Vega Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 08 May, 2023
I’ve had a few boxes of these in the past, and I’ve never had a disappointing cigar ever. Plasencia means quality, and this is one of the highlights of the brand. The history is in the description, a beautiful history which shows in smell and flavour and construction and consistency. Not too big and not too small. A burn that makes you smile. A flavour of pure cedar, dark chocolate, nuts and a creamy smoke with a hard ash which is crisp and white. This came in a Classic Cuban/New World sub box and even though I’ve had many, it was a joy to see because I haven’t had one in a few months. The Subscription box was full of heavy hitters, and this holds its weight. I’d take this over the pricey Plasencia cigars any day of the week. It could be a weekend treat or the daily, and you will still enjoy it because it screams class and perfection. As always, Cgars have fantastic choices and selections and this one shows. Take a chance if you haven’t had one.
