Independencia 1898 Half Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 16 January, 2024
Bought a few of these.. I like a little 30-40 minute smoke every now and again.. and I resent spending over ?10 per stick.. I've tried a few of these 38-40 RG short panatella styles and I've found this to be the best so far, even more than much more expensive brands.. It starts peppery.. but not too strong.. as I got a centemetre in it started to get sweeter, and eventually it was giving me toffee and popping candy... Hints of spice. ?7. Worth every penny.

I?m new to cigars so still tuning my pallet, however I did enjoy this, fantastic construction producing an effortless draw. I did however have to correct an uneven burn a couple of times but I believe that?s insignificant giving how well it performed in all other areas.

Regius Robusto Tubed Cigar - 1 Single

Smoked this tonight after a lovely lunch. Very good draw and perfect construction. Tasted ok. Nothing wrong with it I think I am just not a fan of new world cigars. Whether this is marketing in my head or not I prefer Cubans hands down. The tastes seem more refined, smoother, just more well rounded. Personal taste is everything and I just have not been able to find a new world cigar I truly would buy again except for the davidoff Winston late hour robusto Like I said, nothing wrong with this cigar and for the price who can complain

Another fine example from this stable. Lovely presentation, well constructed with an easy draw and smooth creamy flavour which develops gently, yet stays mellow throughout. It depends how fiercely you puff I guess, but I got a slow, pleasant and easy 2 hours out of it.

Don Tomas Clasico Lindos Cigar - 1 Single

Not bad. Easy draw, even burn, nice amount of smoke and aroma. Initially a bit spicy/peppery could be what the other review was mentioning. This did settle down, not a bad smoke overall. I left mine in my humidor for 2-3 months before smoking. May have made a difference. Probably would buy one or two again to change up from my regular cigars.
