Cohiba Siglo VI Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 25 December, 2013
My live review of the Cohiba Siglo VI on Christmas Eve The build quality of this cigar is superb The draw is perfection and the aroma is fabulous with lots of smoke with no effort at all Initial strength is mild towards medium and tastes of mild hay The burn after an uneven start is now sharp, the first third was quite mild but now picking up in strength still grassy with fruity undertones the aroma is intoxicating Into the second third and this cigar is fabulous still grassy and fruity Final third still the same taste and getting toward medium to full strength Would I buy these cigars again? Possibly but to my mind the Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure No.1 is better value and is a tastier cigar from the first light the Siglo VI is a good cigar but not great because of the slow first third so i will be getting more Epi 1's next year without a doubt My rating for the Siglo VI is 90, A Merry Christmas to All Cigar Smokers Every Where.

Inka Secret Blend Red Chicos Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 23 December, 2013
I had this little cracker today and I was stunned at it. This is a great cigar for the price and knocks spots off some of the more famous and expensive brands. If this is a sign of things to come from Inka then I will be always ordering some for my humidor. The cigar is very smooth and mild and the burn was very good. Nice sold ash that held on for the first third with no problems. Good smoke output but not heavy or overpowering in any way. Nice hints of pepper, good zing without the heat. It has a flavour witch is interesting and you just cant put your finger on, keeps you coming back for more. A great mild body, smooth smoke.

La Invicta Nicaraguan Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 22 December, 2013
Currently puffing on one of these in the conservatory on a blustery winter's day. Very nicely made, firm, cigar. Flavour is mild but compliments a fine Jamacan Blue Mountain coffee and nice glass of Jim Beam black. Cigar draws well and consistent even burn with fine grey ash. Hand made cigars can only be as good as the person who puts them together and I feel the previous reviewer must have been unlucky to get a few badly made ones, but I conclude that the Chap (or Chapess!) who put mine together is a credit to their profession. Slight leather notes to the flavour and just a hint of sweetness. This is the first of my Christmas cigars from Cgars Ltd and if the rest are of a similar quality then I'm going to be one happy kiddie this festive season!

Romeo y Julieta Churchill Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 15 December, 2013
Time to order your special Christmas Eve or Christmas Day cigar and there can be non much better than the most iconic cigar in the world, smoked by the most iconic cigar smoker in the world Sir Winston Churchill, The Romeo y Julieta Churchill is a superb cigar, with an excellent draw with plenty of smoke from the out set, the cigar starts off quite mild for the first third then gradually growing in strength with spicy almost malty undertones the finish is quite spicy but very satisfying, I Highly recommended this cigar for your celebrations, it is certainly a traditional smoke every Christmas or New Year for me and if you can afford it try the Reserva that would make me very jealous, A merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all cigar smokers every where.

Chinchalero Novillo Fuerte Maduro - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 10 December, 2013
This is an okay cigar, though to me, it looks and smells better than it burns and tastes. The fuerte maduro is an impressive, chunky looking cigar, beautiful dark wrapper. The bouqet is incredible, like brown muscavado sugar. Although it's quite short, it doesn't have an easy draw and I found myself having to touch up the uneven burn throughout the smoking time (which was about an hour, pretty good for the price). The flavours were not as good as the unlit aroma, not as sweet as I had anticipated and milder than I thought a maduro would be, though not unpleasant by any means. Overall I would say this is worth the money and not a bad cigar, though not a great one either. Worth a try though.
