Trinidad Reyes Cigar - 1 Single

Good half hour smoke, not on my list for best Cigar but well made, good draw and tightly packed. Cream didn't kick in until half way through, got plenty of pepper from it though. It may need leaving a while, maybe one day I will revisit them.

A nice looking cigar with good construction and a nice looking wrapper. On lighting, roasted flavours emerge, a hint of coffee and cocoa, light spice. The cigar is definitely in the medium strength range- the flavours and strength were consistent throughout but did not develop further from the first third through to the finish. A smooth smoke. Enjoyed with a Ruby Port.

Divine right from the start, my favourite so far, though I have only just started, lasted me a good 45 minutes and I only put it down because it was burning me. I got a lovely creamy chocolate to start with changing into a woody flavour with hints of spice.
I will definitely be getting some more of these, build is excellent, not too tight and easy draw, a delight to smoke. I had a glass of sangria which (for me) was nice and complemented it well, again this is a personal choice, I thought a whiskey might over power it.
I'm still learning so don't judge me too harshly, cigars I'm finding are a very personal experience and this one was delightful. I can't sing its praises enough and for the price even a Yorkshire man like myself can't complain.

Quorum Classic Short Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

Ring size: probably the maximum for me
Smoke: nice amount
Flavour: nice and smooth....not nutty or peppery.
Draw: Easy.
Band: Just fell off with the first draw....little disappointing as I like to leave it on until the end.
Time: approx. 40 minutes for me....I'm a slow smoker I think.
Ash: 1 inch before it came off with a slight knock
Nicotine hit: approx. 1.5 inch from end but was slight.
General: nice little cigar....well worth paying the extra £1 for the proper size. Happy to buy again.

Good construction, fairly easy draw. Rustic wrapper, but fairly handsome stick. Some unfamiliar notes in the flavour profile but nothing objectionable. Great looking ash, only needed minor correction toward end. Enough depth of flavour to keep me interested - good for the price. An interesting enough smoke at a decent price - for £7 I'd usually rather smoke a Perla size Habano - Monte 5 or similar. But I can imagine times this would fit the bill - something to puff on while having a round of pitch and putt - something to puff on of an afternoon down the pub etcetera.

Chinchalero Picadillos Cigar - 1 Single

Bought a couple of singles to sample - won't be buying again. Most notable characteristic was the overpoweringly soapy-tasking wrapper. The smoke shared a similar soapy character, but the taste of the cap on my tongue was so nauseating I left this to die after smoking less than half an inch - not for me at all.
