Montecristo No. 5 Cigar - 1 Single

Smoked a No. 5 to celebrate the arrival of my new humidor today. Frankly a bit of a disappointment. The flavours were fantastic, leathery spice with hints of chocolate to my taste. Unfortunately the construction was awful. Uneven burn, had to relight about 3 times and the third required a snip due to tunnelling. A great shame as the Monty 4 is just about my favourite go to smoke!

Montecristo No. 4 Cigar - 1 Single

So far been the best cigar I've ever smoked! Had a nice even draw, earthy spicy flavours, not too powerful. Tried my first one on the roof of my hotel in Rome, overlooking the Colosseum with a glass of Scotch. I'll never forget my first Monty 4!

What a beautiful smoke. Wanting something for the morning or lunch time this is a great choice! Wonderful sweetness and creamy notes. 10/10

Dry and tightly packed - difficult to get a decent draw

All your "hard" work has paid off. This is one of the best smokes l've had in a while.
