Thought I`d try a couple of these as I`ve not seen them before. First thing you notice is the build quality, nice and firm and well packed. Similar to the Independencia 1898 – Half Corona but slightly larger. Pleasantly surprised and very enjoyable 45 minute smoke - will be buying more - definitely worth a try.

Very good smoke at a great price . Good draw and a very enjoyable mild flavour . I must admit I wasn't expecting great things from this cigar but I will order in the future

Montecristo No. 5 Cigar - 1 Single

I had one of these with a morning coffee on the weekend and the 2 went very well together. Loads of smoke for such a small guy, great flavour and burnt well. For some reason I got a bit of a menthol taste, has anyone else experienced that? No idea where it came from but still I enjoyed the cigar from start to finish.

Value for money is exceptional. I took the band off right away as it is a horrible cheap looking thing, but the actual cigar is a nice surprise. Very mild, burnt well, ash stayed on. If I wasn't such a snob I'd buy lots more of these, and I probably will (I just wont tell anyone!)

Really enjoyed this while on holiday in Norfolk camping!!.
After a lovely dinner sat in the evening sunshine, Coffee, Chocolate and Cognac.
It stayed alight very nicely despite an evening breeze. Mild smoke even down to the last inch!... I only smoke occasionally so like to get full value lol...
Will buy again.
Also bought a CHaratan Churchill. Not quite as enjoyable as this one though.

This is an excellent mini sized cigar and is certainly the best way to enjoy an authentic Habano when time is limited. It is certainly not in the same league flavour wise as the full guage Montecristos but it is not trying to be.
Despite its size, the flavour is still sweet rich and complex and for the price it is well deserving of five stars. The trick in smoking a Montecristo club, mini or purito is to draw light and slow so as not to overheat the tobacco.
A Montecristo mini, club or purito are all great cigars to enjoy with a Columbian Arabica in the morning.
