What a great litte cigar! I didn't cut too well which left the bottom of the wrapper starting to unravel but that is my own fault. From looking at the foot you can see it is a well packed and has a great aroma. I lit it with a match and was initially worried it was a little too tight however it just became a smooth firm draw. Great almost cuban flavour, sweet, spicey, tangy, cedar and a touch of leather with quality tobacco. Burns very well and held the ash for the first half without falling and this was outide on quite a windy day! Not much in the way of flavour transition but when it is this good that doesn't matter. Great value for money I think I will be getting some more of these!

There's a reason why Montecristo's have a formidable reputation when it comes to cigars. First time trying the No 2 and I'm completely sold. The draw on this was heavenly (straight cut). Burn is consistent as expected from Montecristo's. Construction flawless, and if that wasn't enough this stick produces some of the best flavours that one's palate can indulge: I got nutty and spicy notes with the last third slightly creamy. A must-try people, you will not regret it!

Pleasant mild 1/2 hour smoke, woody with a bit of spice. Well constructed easy draw. Great little cigar for the money.

These has to be one of our most popular tobaccos. The flavour starts off fruty, with orange and lemon notes. The flavour starts to develop and becomes more lemoney. As you get through the second third more earhy flvaours come into play and it begins to develop a more tobacco taste. The overall blend is like a citrus flavoured tobacco. It goes really well with a small peated dram.

The 'go to Cigar' for me.
If money was no object I would smoke one everyday.
If your smoking time is few and far between and you need to guarantee a great smoke, pick up a 'Don Carlos No.2'
The construction and burn is beautiful.
The draw is easy, full of creamy smoke.
After the first third, the full flavors emerge.
nutty/cocoa notes with a hint of spice and wood.
There is a pleasant hit of tobacco, which just makes for a fantastic hour of smoking.
Thank you Cgarsltd for stocking these beautiful cigars, if only you had a store/lounge closer to me I would be in everyday.

Also forgot to mention, I agree with one of the previous reviews, it gives satisfyingly big clouds of white smoke! Feels great, highly highly recommended
