Alec Bradley Orchant Seleccion Shorty Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 31 July, 2018
Possibly my favourite non Cuban so far. Being a newish cigar smoker I found this stick to have a perfect draw, not too much smoke and a long slow burn easily lasting over an hour. Medium in body and strength it ramped up nicely into the second third whilst never getting over powering. Overall a fabulous cigar for the price.

Guantanamera Cristales Cigar - 1 Single

Pretty ‘meh’ cigar for me. Had this about 3 weeks ago and the experience isn’t etched in my memory. Bought this as a potential everyday smoke but wasn’t too impressed. For a machine made cigar it did look pleasing but the draw was on the loose side and it burned rather quickly, despite its size... must have been quite loosely packed. The flavours were enjoyable, spicy with hints of coffee, but overall it isn’t a cigar I’d rush to buy again. Many better new world cigars constructed from medium/long filler that are better than this. If you fancy a cheap Cuban, Jose L Piedra’s beat these, in my opinion.

Davidoff Winston Churchill Traveller Belicoso Cigar - 1 Single

I had the petit panetela of this cigar in a sampler pack and loved it so invested in a couple of these slightly larger ones before my holiday. Not only are they a fantastic cigar to enjoy in the sun with a Dominican rum, theyre just long enough a smoke to time the wifes getting ready. Once Id had a smoke of this, and got ready myself, she should be done. The 20-25mins was a perfect duration for this smoke. I love the creaminess and the peppery notes at the end are great. Lovely short smoke

Inka Secret Blend Blue Bombaso Maduro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 28 July, 2018
Im a newbie to cigars but my experiences with this chubby little stick is that it is a bit underwhelming for the first third but woke up to provide some creamy and spicy notes towards the end, some peppery notes and very little ammoniacal bite. Excellent construction, firm ash and even burn but started to unravel a bit in the last third. Overall a very enjoyable smoke, some positive comments from other people about the pleasant aromatic smoke it produced. I would say it would be like a much more refined Chinchalero Fuerte but with less harshness and less time spent correcting the burn. I will be purchasing some more.

Chinchalero Novillo Fuerte Maduro - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 28 July, 2018
So much better than the normal Novillo. People massively overrate the normal Novillo, I bought a single of each to test them both and the other one was dreadful. Thankfully, this one was much better. I didn’t have any problem with the draw or burn, like others have stated, but for £5 seriously if one in ten is rubbish, what does it matter!? I paired mine with a large Laphroaig and a couple of Aldi caramel wackos, it was heaven!

Cohiba Maduro 5 Secretos Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 27 July, 2018
The single worst cigar I have smoked to date. Terrible draw having to constantly re-light. At the end of all the re-lighting you are rewarded with the most wonderful bland and dull taste. Definitely worth trying to make you appreciate how good your current favourite cigar really is. Cohiba should do a blind taste test with this cigar and listen very carefully to the feedback.
