Bolivar Royal Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 22 August, 2018
This is a full bodied cigar and one I imagined a typical Cuban cigar would taste. I enjoyed the Cigar and it burned really even, until it went out, in fact it went out twice and from there on in I had to tend to it to make sure it burned evenly. I didnt really mind and it never spoiled the smoke at all. Strong but not over bearing leather taste with a mellow woody finish, it went gradually more peppery towards the end. I loved the sweet taste left on my lips when I licked them between draws. Another great value Cigar.

Cohiba Siglo II Tubed Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 22 August, 2018
Bit of a newbie cigar smoker here. This was my first Cohiba cigar ever. I did not know what to expect. At first I was tiny bit disappointed with the lack of character, but having gone through the first inch, the flavours have really picked up. I, probably had it too hot to start with (even though I was taking my time). Once I slowed right down, chocolate flavour hit me. It was absolutely beautiful. Draw improved too. I think this cigar must be enjoyed slowly. Eventually, it took me approx. 1 hour 20minutes... which was 1:20 of sheer pleasure.

Alec Bradley Texas Lancero Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 20 August, 2018
Im a relative amateur but I do smoke 4 or 5 different cigars a month and I will be straight to the point generally. Lovely look when you get it, I cut off the pigtail and used a bullet cutter around the pigtail point. I was surprised at the easy draw and smooth smoke. It was slightly uneven in burn but then I do tend to pull quite hard as I, horror of horrors, smoke like its an old style Park Drive. I did relight a couple of times but this was probably my fault for chilling too much. Overall a smooth start that grows in flavour yet despite the size doesnt overpower or leave a bad taste. I have ordered 2 more and for the price and 90 minutes of pleasure, I spend more on a rugby match most weeks, was impressed and would recommend anyone to try something different and feel like a King (or Queen).

Montecristo No. 4 Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Monday 20 August, 2018
Great Cigar and just as the description in the tasting notes, I thoroughly enjoyed with an espresso in the afternoon. No issues at all with the draw, in fact it burned a tad to fast but not noticible enough to ruin the smoke, nice creamy white plumes of smoke and a leathery slightly peppery aftertaste, particularly in the final third. Excellent value.

Chinchalero Novillo Fuerte Maduro - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 19 August, 2018
Enjoying this tasty little number right now, 50 mins in and only approaching the final 3rd! For the price this is an excellent smoke and the width makes it a real novelty. Sweet, earthy and floral notes with aftertastes of chocolate, nuts and citrus. I find Chinchalero hit and miss. The torpeditos are terrible, poor construction and undeveloped flavour, the corona cigar with 2 different wrappers, forget the name, is however very enjoyable. But this one is by far the best. Really pleasant Nicaraguan flavours with solid construction and even burn. You can’t go wrong with this one, handmade cigars in the fiver bracket are hard to come by. Pick one up today!
