What a wonderful cigar. Sweet and smooth to start then becomes more of a medium body cigar with sweet notes through out. Perfect for starters or great for dessert. Enjoying that much I had to write this review before I finish it. Will be buying many more in the near future.

Been looking forward to this one, surprisingly mild and sweet on the tongue unfortunately the leaf started to crack and it ended up looking like it exploded like a firecracker which ruined the smoke. Dont know if it had anything to do with the bluey green spots which i was assured by the Cgars staff were natural.
Dont think Id spend the money on this again unfortunately.

Well.....this cigar has been rolled by the hands of the devil himself and belongs to reside in the flames of hell for all eternity. Absolutely rank, acrid, bitter and was absolutely vile. This is the second one I have tried both from sampler packs. Seriously Cgars need to stop selling these, they are foul and smell like very large cigarettes. After the first draw the amalgam fillings in my teeth even tasted of iron, they are a special type of evil...lol!
Never again!

Red Rapparee is a real hidden gem amongst tobaccos and simply oozes quality. The cut is a mixture of shredded ribbon and what looks like broken/cut flake that combine so the pipe almost seems to pack itself, it really is a joy. The moisture is perfect for smoking straight out of the tin and the tobaccos seem to have some age on them compared with the way too young Dunhill offerings of late. As to flavour, I would put it bang in the middle between Dunhill Early Morning Pipe and Gawiths Balkan Mixture, as in it has the quality of EMP but all of the flavours are a little more pronounced and the Cavendish adds a little more depth and body making this suitable for all day smoking. As the bowl burns down the flavour edges towards the Balkan Mixture but for me the finish is not as bold or harsh, just really satisfying. This really is a delightful smoke, the Virginias are quality and the Turkish/Oriental leaf add a sweet spicy tang with the Latkia in the background, never overpowering. Didnt like this cigar, hard to draw. Nice and sweet on the tongue but then left a burning bitter taste in your mouth. Not pleasant, i wont be purchasing this one again.
