Jose L Piedra Petit Cazadores Cigar - Pack of 5
Date Added: Sunday 10 June, 2018
Ok i agree with all comments ... Yes great flavour but is it me or are they so hard to keep a light? i have had 4 boxes now and only really enjoyed about 5 cigars as they dont like being lit and i end up re lighting about 7 or so more times ....Yes i know they are a Budget cigar but please we must be able to smoke them and enjoy that cuban taste? Any chance of an honest review from one of the shop Management .. such a shame for such a shame for what could be a great little go yo cuban!

Alec Bradley Black Market Punk Petit Corona Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 09 June, 2018
This is my first ALEC Bradley, we got off to a little bit of a shaky start, but I’m pleased to say that things improved, very much so. Normally at this point, I’d be writing something about the construction, but the packaging itself is stunning, it’s in your face and sticks two fingers up at the traditional cigar bands, giving you something different and unique. Construction is simply excellent with a dark almost Maduro wrapper, and impressive attention to detail around the cap. The unlit aroma is gorgeous, lots of pepper and chocolate, with some molasses and cedar thrown in for good measure and cries out for you to smoke it. After application of a punch, it lit easily after a through toasting, producing a very strong and very peppery finish, that was way too strong for my palette. At this point it’s fair to say that I almost put it down to an incompatible choice, but as I’d loved everything about it, I felt I owed it to persevere. I’m glad I did as a few minutes later it settled in and whist still strong, started to deliver a bit of dark chocolaty sweetness and s

Vertigo by Lotus Big Boy Cigar Cutter - 64 Ring Gauge
Date Added: Saturday 09 June, 2018
This cutter is functional, but nothing special - definitely representative of the price, but what can you expect for £2? The blades are not very sharp, perhaps similar to my 10 year old well used penknife blade. I can press on them heavily with my thumb without any pain. Mine came with what look like injection molding burrs on the body of the black plastic, these can be cut or sanded off in manufacturing easily, so this is a shame. Also, there is a nick in the cutting edge of one of the blades. As far as I can tell is hasnt affected the sharpness or cutting ability of the cutter but again it is a shame that more care hasnt been taken in manufacturing. The actuation of the cutter is surprisingly stiff, there is a remarkable amount of friction between the blades and the case. The blades do not move under gravity whatsoever, taking significantly more force than that to move. There is no fault with CGars here, just the product itself. Their service was supreme. Overall, Id only recommend this product if you cant spare the extra cash - just spend the extra money on a cutter that c

Drew Estate Acid Blondie Cigar - 1 Single

Nice sweet taste, wrapper leaves a very nice taste on the lips. Nice mild smoke not too harsh. The sweet flavor wears off in the last 3rd but enjoyed it still and will be ordering more.

La Invicta Honduran Maduro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 08 June, 2018
Im currently smoking this cigar whilst drinking a Godfather (equal parts Johnny Walker Red and Disorano) which is quite a sweet cocktail. I have always regarded La Invicta as a par for the course type cigar; meaning that whilst I enjoy them theyre never going to amaze you but that being said theyll never let you down either. I mostly smoke the Nicaraguan version of their robusto but this is the first time Ive had their Honduran range and any of their Maduros. Straight out of the cello you can see it is well constructed and the wrapper had few flaws and a slightly toothy feel with minimal veins. The pre light was earthy and drew well with the promise of plenty of smoke. This was confirmed upon lighting and the cigar burned evenly with a nice white grey ash that held on quite well. Like most of the Invictas I have smoked it wasnt hugely complex but did have a nice earthy flavour that finishes with a hint of pepper on the retro. As is expected of a decent cigar the flavours did intensify the longer it burned yet it wasnt unpleasant. As you approach the home stretch it does beco
