Well constructed, well packed, excellent draw, huge amounts of thick, white smoke, really slow burning. Perfect burn, ashed every inch or so to reveal a perfect cone, zero touch ups or relights, cut with a single V cut, had an excellent draw with just a touch of resistance. Lots of pepper and cedar upfront, shifts to slightly sweet honey and dried fruit as it warms up, some nutty coffee and spicy earth to finish.

Received this as part of my subscription however, this was not the best experience I've had with cigars. On first lighting, the draw was very tight so I used my Perfect draw tool which allowed me to get better airflow through the stick. Although a pleasant enough smoke when it stayed lit I had to relight several times, in the end I gave up with a third of the cigar still left. This is not one I will be revisiting!

Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleur Cigar - 1 Single

The Romeo y Julieta Mille Fleurs will always hold a special place for me. It was my very first cigar and the one that started me on this whole journey. From the first light, it offers those classic Romeo y Julieta flavours: gentle cedar, a touch of spice, and a soft sweetness that keeps you coming back for more.
It’s a shorter smoke, which makes it perfect when you don’t have loads of time but still want that genuine Cuban experience. The draw is usually spot on, and the burn steady, giving off plenty of rich, aromatic smoke.
What I love most is how versatile it is, smooth enough for beginners, yet flavourful enough to still impress seasoned smokers. For me, it’s the definition of an all-rounder: easy-going, beautifully balanced, and full of the charm that made me fall in love with cigars in the first place.

The Montecristo No.4 is a classic petit corona that really lives up to its reputation. I love the compact size, it’s perfect when you want a shorter smoke without sacrificing any depth of flavour. From the first draw, it gives off that signature Montecristo richness earthy, slightly woody, with a hint of cocoa and spice that builds as it goes.
It’s definitely on the stronger side compared to some of my usual picks, but it never feels overwhelming. The balance between power and smoothness makes it a really satisfying, relaxing smoke. The construction was excellent! With a steady burn, good draw, and plenty of thick, creamy smoke.
Overall, the Montecristo No.4 is one of those cigars that feels timeless. Quick, flavourful, and beautifully made, it’s the kind of smoke that makes even a short break feel like a proper occasion.

The Fonseca No.1 has quickly earned a spot at the very top of my list, it might actually be my all-time favourite. From the moment I lit it up, I was impressed by how light yet full of flavour it was. There’s a gentle creaminess mixed with subtle notes of wood and a soft sweetness that makes it incredibly easy to enjoy.
What really stands out is how smooth and well-balanced it feels. Every puff delivers clean, delicate flavors that never overpower, just flow effortlessly. The burn was even, the draw perfect, and it held its shape beautifully all the way through.
For the quality you get, the Fonseca No.1 is incredible value. It’s refined, approachable, and just an absolute pleasure to smoke from start to finish. A stunning cigar that proves you don’t need to spend a fortune to experience something truly special.
