Samuel Gawith B.C. Cavendish Pipe Tobacco 50g (Tin)
Date Added: Friday 10 October, 2014
When I first smoked this I found it quite tame and the cherry and tobacco flavours were quite subtle. I tried it again a few weeks later and had quite a shock of how flavoured it had become, a new burst of cherry came through and the smoke was delightful. This is a really nice tobacco but I would recommend leaving it for a few weeks once opened to really get a full flavour.

This is easily one of my favourite tobaccos, the smell is quite overwhelming but when you start smoking you get a dark, dry taste with a hint of fruit. It was a smooth and delightful smoke and I will have to try this one again.

This tobacco doesn't have the strongest flavour but when it comes to a smooth smoke this is definitely the one to turn to. The subtle vanilla flavour really adds to such a smooth smoke allowing this to be a tobacco which can be enjoyed at any time of day.

As soon as you open the tin you get a hint of rum but mostly a strong aroma of Latakia. A sweet flavour begins to fill your mouth as you take that first puff, this continues throughout as you begin to really taste the rum making this a great smoke and one that I will definitely have again.
